What is Ironwood Institute?
Ironwood Institute has grown steadily since its inception in 2009 and has established
itself as a leader in Horticulture and Agribusiness studies in South Australia.
The Institute is based in the heart of Adelaide and is the first and the only private
Institute providing nationally recognized agribusiness courses to international students
in Australia. The Institute provides students with state-of-the-art training facilities and
highly qualified, experienced staff, to ensure students have a rewarding educational
experience.
Ironwood Institute has been twice recognised as a success story by the Government of
South Australia’s in its Annual Investment and Trade Statement. The Institute has a
strong connection with the agrifood industry for practical training and offers students
exposure to real commercial agribusiness operations and technologies around Adelaide.
With its Australian nationally accredited and internationally recognized qualifications,
great training facilities, qualified staff, and strong student support, students are able to
use their qualification to shape their careers in their home country or across the globe.
Ironwood Institute is unique in that it has established Packaged Pathway Programs to a
number of Masters Degrees with three Top Australian Universities. This innovative
“Packaged Pathway Program” model allows students to study the first year of their
selected Master's Degree course at Ironwood and the second year with their chosen
University.
