Dr Manpreet Gill – Founder and CEO
Dr Manpreet Gill, an Education & Media Professional with 30 years of experience, who has
worked in many private & public settings in India, Dr Manpreet completed his PHD in the
Arts & Culture faculty, and has worked as a professional film maker in Mumbai, and in
India’s largest University, Lovely Professional University (LPU) as Head of School in the
Department of Journalism & Film Production.
He deeply understands the education sector, Strategic leadership, quality assurance, and
legal & regulatory compliance. His approach is collaborative and flexible, with a track record
in Academic Research, Curriculum Design and development of industry relevant courses that
lead to real job outcomes.
As Director of Agri-Education, Dr Manpreet is responsible for Global Recruitment and
Engagement, and for strategic leadership and management across a range of functions,
including international student recruitment, networking & industry engagements, strategic
international business development activities, and global student mobility.
Ms Kajal Kalsotra – Manager International Admissions and Marketing Specialist
Ms Kajal is a commerce graduate with five years’ experience with Agri-Education. She is
responsible for overseeing and managing the international admissions process, developing
criteria & implementing the application process, Marketing & Recruitment, Compliance of
country relations and Staff Management & Training.
She is experienced in and responsible for addressing integrity issues in student
documentation from India. She specializes in understanding international education
trends, policies, and regulations, ensuring that the consultancy remains compliant and
adaptive to global standards.
She also works with the Agri team in identifying individual competencies and prepares
career development plans for students in their chosen areas of interest
Mrs Mukhwinder Kaur - Manager International Relations & Business Development
Mrs Mukhwinder completed her Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism, and is
pursuing her PHD from the National University of Public Service, Faculty of Military
Sciences and Officer Training, in Budapest, Hungary.
She is an expert in international admissions processes with eight years of experience. She
contributes to the overall internationalization of the education consultancy, creating a
platform for cross-cultural understanding and academic excellence.
